Young Researchers in Mathematics
University of Southampton
23-26 July 2018
Young Researchers in Mathematics (YRM) is the biggest conference in the UK run for young research students, by young research students. Whatever your research, from algebra to mathematical finance, numerical analysis to applied algebraic topology, geometry to statistics, mathematical biology to operational research, we want to hear about it! Hosting talks from an incredible range of mathematics, YRM annually accommodates for everyone whether it’s your first ever conference, final PhD thesis presentation, or maybe your PhD is now a distant memory. You should come.

YRM 2020
We are happy to announce that YRM 2020 will be hosted at the University of Bristol. Bristol is a beautiful city with great transport links, so we are looking forward to another great event in 2020!
Sadly we have not found a host university for YRM 2019. As a result, next year’s conference is likely cancelled. If, however, you are in a position to organise the conference at your institution, please get in touch via our contact form. For reference, application guidance can be found here: YRMApplicationGuidance.
